Classrooms and other facilities used by a student or staff member who is excluded as described above shall be evacuated as soon as possible, and will be disinfected according to CDC, DOH, and OSPI guidelines.

Utilities and Other Services 4.4.1 The Tenant shall arrange, at its own cost and expense, for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services required by it at or in relation to the Premises.
Bills and Other Disbursements Upon receipt of Instructions, the Custodian shall pay, or cause to be paid, all bills, statements, or other obligations of a Fund.
Stamp and other duties The Borrowers must pay all stamp, documentary, registration or other like duties or taxes (including any duties or taxes payable by any of the Banks) imposed on or in connection with any of the Underlying Documents, the Security Documents or the Loan or any Advance and agree to indemnify the Banks or any of them against any liability arising by reason of any delay or omission by the Borrowers to pay such duties or taxes.
Improper and Other Payments (a) Neither the Company, any director, officer, employee thereof, nor any agent or representative of the Company nor any person acting on behalf of any of them, has made, paid or received any unlawful bribes, kickbacks or other similar payments to or from any person or authority, (b) no contributions have been made, directly or indirectly, by the Company to a domestic or foreign political party or candidate; and (c) the internal accounting controls of the Company are believed by the Company’s management to be adequate to detect any of the foregoing under current circumstances.
Handling Fees and Other Expenses All fees and out of pocket expenses relating to this Agreement, including but not limited to legal costs, costs of production, stamp tax and any other taxes and fees, shall be borne by Party C.
PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES 8.1 The Council will continue its present practice whereby it provides bulletin board space for the posting of Association notices pertaining to such matters, but not limited to, elections, appointments and social and recreational affairs. Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Council.
Fees, Expenses and Other Payments (a) Except as otherwise provided in this Section 7.3, whether or not the Merger is consummated, all costs and expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby (including, without limitation, fees and disbursements of counsel, financial advisors and accountants) shall be borne solely and entirely by the party which has incurred such costs and expenses (with respect to such party, its "Expenses").
Contracts and Other Collateral The Company shall perform all of its obligations under or with respect to each instrument, receivable, contract and other intangible included in the Pledged Property to which the Company is now or hereafter will be party on a timely basis and in the manner therein required, including, without limitation, this Agreement.
ACCOUNTING AND OTHER TERMS Accounting terms not defined in this Agreement shall be construed following GAAP. Calculations and determinations must be made following GAAP. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in Section 13. All other terms contained in this Agreement, unless otherwise indicated, shall have the meaning provided by the Code to the extent such terms are defined therein.
Fees and Other Charges (a) The Borrower will pay a fee on all outstanding Letters of Credit at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Margin then in effect with respect to Eurodollar Loans under the Revolving Facility, shared ratably among the Revolving Lenders and payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date. In addition, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account a fronting fee of 0.25% per annum on the undrawn and unexpired amount of each Letter of Credit, payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date.
