CLASSIFICATIONS LEVEL. Classifications and Levels 1-6 are derived from the Liquor and Accommodation Industry – Restaurants – Victoria – Award 1998. Introductory Level means an employee who enters the industry and is unable to meet the competency requirements of Level 1. An employee can remain at this level for a maximum of three months. Nothing in this Agreement precludes the movement of staff between levels and classifications.
