Classification Study Requests. The Director of Human Resources or designee will review the status of pending classification studies with the Union during the Classification/Compensation and Compaction Committee meeting as stipulated in Article 7 Committees of this agreement. The decision of the Director of Human Resources or designee with respect to a classification study request shall not be subject to the grievance procedure.
