Common use of Classes Entitled to Vote Clause in Contracts

Classes Entitled to Vote. Each Class of Claims or Equity Interests that is impaired and will (or may) receive or retain property or any interest in property under this Plan, shall be entitled to vote to accept or reject this Plan. By operation of law, each Class of Claims that is unimpaired is deemed to have accepted the Plan and, therefore, is not entitled to vote to accept or reject the Plan.
