Common use of Class Voting Clause in Contracts

Class Voting. Except as otherwise provided herein, in the Certificate of Incorporation or the Bylaws of the Corporation or as required by law, the holders of Units of Series B Preferred Stock and the holders of shares of Common Stock shall vote together as one class on all matters submitted to a vote of stockholders of the Corporation.
