Class Settlement Website. 6.3.1 The Settlement Administrator will create and maintain the Class Settlement Website, to be activated within seventy-five (75) days of Preliminary Approval. The Settlement Administrator’s responsibilities will also include securing an appropriate URL to be agreed upon by the Parties. The Class Settlement Website will contain information about the Settlement and case-related documents such as the Settlement Agreement, the Long-Form Notice in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, subject to Court modification and/or approval, the Claim Form, the Preliminary Approval Order, Class Counsel’s application for a Fee Award, and the Complaint. Settlement Class Members shall have the option to file a claim electronically using the Class Settlement Website. 6.3.2 The Class Settlement Website will terminate (be removed from the internet) and no longer be maintained by the Settlement Administrator thirty (30) days after either (a) the Effective Date or (b) the date on which the Settlement Agreement is terminated or otherwise not approved in full, if the Settlement is terminated or otherwise not approved in full. 6.3.3 All costs and expenses related to the Class Settlement Website shall be paid out of the Settlement Fund.
