Common use of Class Representative Enhancement Payment Clause in Contracts

Class Representative Enhancement Payment. Defendant will not object to a request for a Class Representative Enhancement Payment of up to $5,000.00 for the Class Representative’s Enhancement Payment for her time and risks in prosecuting this case and her service to the Settlement Class. This award will be in addition to Plaintiff’s Individual Settlement Payment as a Settlement Class Member, and shall be reported on an IRS Form 1099 by the Claims Administrator.

Class Representative Enhancement Payment. Defendant Defendants will not object to a request for a Class Representative Enhancement Payment of up to $5,000.00 in exchange for the Class Representativegeneral release of Plaintiff’s Enhancement Payment for her claims, and in recognition of his time and risks risk in prosecuting this case case, and her Plaintiff’s service to the Settlement Class. This award will be in addition to Plaintiff’s Individual Settlement Payment as a Settlement Class Membermember, and shall be reported on an IRS Form 1099 issued by the Claims Settlement Administrator.

Defendant will not object to a request for a Class Representative Enhancement Payment of up to Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($5,000.00 7,500.00) for the Class RepresentativePlaintiff’s Enhancement Payment for her time and risks risk in prosecuting this case and her Plaintiff’s service to the Settlement Class. This award will be in addition to Plaintiff’s Individual Settlement Payment as a Settlement Class Membermember, and shall be reported on an IRS Form 1099 issued by the Claims Settlement Administrator.

This award will be in addition to Plaintiff’s Plaintiffs’ Individual Settlement Payment as a Settlement Class Member, and shall be reported on an IRS Form 1099 by the Claims Settlement Administrator.. Plaintiffs further waive their rights to object to or opt-out from the Settlement and are obligated to take the steps necessary to effectuate approval of the Settlement
