Common use of Class records Clause in Contracts

Class records. The Borrower shall arrange for the Bank to have access electronically to the class records of each Ship by either (i) arranging for the relevant Classification Society to give the Bank direct access to such class records or (ii) designating the Bank as a user or administrator of the Borrower’s electronic accounts with the relevant Classification Society;
