Common use of Class Operating Expense Limit Clause in Contracts

Class Operating Expense Limit. The Class Operating Expense Limit in any year with respect to the Investor Class shares of the Fund shall be 1.69% of the average daily net assets of the Fund, and with respect to the Institutional Class shares of the Fund shall be 1.50% of the daily net assets of the Fund.

Class Operating Expense Limit. The Class Operating Expense Limit in any year with respect to the Investor Class shares of the Fund shall be 1.691.50% of the average daily net assets of the Fund, and with respect to the Institutional Class shares of the Fund shall be 1.501.25% of the daily net assets of the Fund.

Class Operating Expense Limit. The Class Operating Expense Limit in any year with respect to the Investor Class shares of the Fund shall be 1.691.95% of the average daily net assets of the Fund, and with respect to the Institutional Class shares of the Fund shall be 1.50% of the daily net assets of the Fund.

Class Operating Expense Limit. The Class Operating Expense Limit in any fiscal year with respect to for the Investor Fund’s Class A shares of the Fund shall be 1.691.95% of the average daily net assets of the Fund attributable to Class A shares. The Class Operating Expense Limit in any fiscal year for the Fund, and with respect to the Institutional ’s Class C shares of the Fund shall be 1.502.70% of the average daily net assets of the Fundattributable to Class C shares.

Class Operating Expense Limit. The Class Operating Expense Limit in any year with respect to the Investor Institutional Class shares of the Fund shall be 1.691.17% of the average daily net assets of the Fund, and with respect to the Institutional Class shares of the Fund shall be 1.50% of the daily net assets of the Fundsuch class.
