Common use of Class J Notes Clause in Contracts

Class J Notes. The redemption price of the Class J Notes will be calculated on the related Determination Date and will be equal to the Aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Class J Notes to be redeemed, together with the Class J Interest Distribution Amount (plus any Class J Capitalized Interest and any Class J Defaulted Interest Amount) due on that day of redemption;

Class J Notes. The redemption price of the Class J Notes will be calculated on the related Determination Date and will be equal to the Aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Class J Notes to be redeemed, together with the Class J Interest Distribution Amount (plus any Class J Capitalized Deferred Interest and any Class J Defaulted Interest Amount) due on that day of redemption;the applicable Redemption Date; and
