Common use of Class H Notes Clause in Contracts

Class H Notes. The redemption price for the Class H Notes will be calculated on the related Determination Date and will equal the Aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Class H Notes to be redeemed, together with the Class H Interest Distribution Amount (plus any Class H Capitalized Interest and any Class H Defaulted Interest Amount) due on that day of redemption.
