Common use of Class D Principal Deficit Amount Clause in Contracts

Class D Principal Deficit Amount. On each Distribution Date, other than the Series 2018-1 Final Distribution Date, on which the Class A Notes, Class B Notes and Class C Notes will have been paid in full and the Class D Principal Deficit Amount is greater than zero, amounts shall be transferred to the Series 2018-1 Distribution Account as follows:

Class D Principal Deficit Amount. On each Distribution Date, other than the Series 20182019-1 2 Final Distribution Date, on which the Class A Notes, Class B Notes and Class C Notes will have been paid in full and the Class D Principal Deficit Amount is greater than zero, amounts shall be transferred to the Series 20182019-1 2 Distribution Account as follows:
