CLASS B MANAGER. The Class B Members holding a majority of the Class B Units shall have the right at any time and from time to time to designate and elect one (1) Manager (the "CLASS B MANAGER"). Such designation and election shall be effective upon the delivery of a writing executed by the Class B Members holding a majority of the Class B Units setting forth the name of such designee to the Board and to the Class A Members.
