Class B Common Units. On the Original Closing Date and/or the Closing Effective Date, as applicable, the Company issued the Class B-1 Common Units to the Class B-1 Members in the amounts and on the dates set forth on the Members Schedule. After the date hereof, the Company may issue Class B-2 Common Units as provided in Section 3.04.
