Common use of Class A Interest and Program Fees Clause in Contracts

Class A Interest and Program Fees. On each Business Day, the Trustee, acting in accordance with instructions from the Servicer, shall withdraw from the Collection Account and deposit into the Interest Funding Account, to the extent of Total Finance Charge Collections for such Business Day, an amount equal to the sum of the Class A Interest and Class A Program Fees accrued since the preceding Business Day PLUS any Class A Interest or Class A Program Fees due with respect to any prior Business Day but not previously paid to the Class A Certificateholders.
