Claims Reporting. Notice of any claim must be provided to the Fund as required by law or the applicable Coverage Agreement. Failure by Fund Member to timely report a claim may result in denial of coverage or payment of fines or penalties imposed by law or regulatory agencies. If the Fund advances payment of any fine or penalty arising from Fund Member’s late claim reporting, Fund Member will reimburse the Fund for all such costs.
Claims Reporting. The Producer shall report to Coastal immediately all claims, suits, and notices of loss and further agrees to cooperate to facilitate the investigation, adjustment, settlement and payment of any claim and agrees to forward to Coastal any and all documentation relating thereto, including, but not limited to, claim forms or reports, legal notices on demands as well as any other information the Producer possesses regarding a claim or potential loss.

Claims Reporting. In the event that Tenant reports any claims to its insurers issuing the coverage required under this Lease, Tenant shall advise Landlord of the same. The final adjudication for workers’ compensation purposes whether the injury or accident is work-related shall be made by the PEO or its designated representative.
