Claims for Additional Work Sample Clauses

Claims for Additional Work. Subcontractor shall make all claims to KEMRON for extra work, extensions of time, and damages. All claims for extra work or cost must be submitted by Subcontractor to KEMRON not later than 30 calendar days following the beginning of the event giving rise to such additional work, time extension, or other damages.
