Common use of Claims by Executive Clause in Contracts

Claims by Executive. Any actual or claim or cause of action by Executive against the Employer shall not constitute a defense to the enforcement of the restrictions and covenants set forth in this Agreement and shall not be used to prohibit injunctive relief. Executive specifically waives any right to assert such claims in any action brought by the Employer to enforce this Agreement.
