Claimed Amount. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or in any of the other Financing Documents, upon the occurrence of any Event of Default, the rights and remedies of the Lenders hereunder with respect to the collection and receipt of the unpaid principal balance of the Term Loans and the Notes shall be limited to the product of the then outstanding principal amount multiplied by the percentage shown on the Schedule of Claimed Amounts attached hereto as Exhibit E (the “Claimed Amount Schedule”).
