Claim Resolution Process. If a Dispute has not been resolved during the Dispute Resolution Process, the CMR shall submit within thirty (30) calendar days a Claim along with the required detailed documentation for the Judicial Council’s consideration. 9.7.5.1. CMR shall furnish three (3) certified copies of the required Claim documentation. The Claim documentation shall be complete when furnished. The evaluation of the CMR's Claim will be based upon Judicial Council records and the Claim documents furnished by the CMR. 9.7.5.2.
