Claim Notifications Sample Clauses

Claim Notifications. Indemnitees shall give prompt written notice to tenant of the assertion of a claim for indemnification. The claims notice shall describe in reasonable detail and in good faith the facts and circumstances upon which the asserted claim for indemnification is based. Tenant shall keep the indemnitees fully apprised at all times as to the status of the defense and shall consult with the indemnitees prior to settlement of any indemnified matter.
