Claim Details. The Contractor promptly gives the Owner details of its claim, including the time required to accommodate the anticipated impact on the Contract Schedule, and if applicable, the costs incurred, or anticipated to be incurred, by the Contractor as a result of the delay, and in any event such details must be given not later than fourteen (14) Working Days after the occurrence of the Excusable Event or the Owner- Caused Event;
