Common use of City Reporting Requirements Clause in Contracts

City Reporting Requirements. (12/18) The City is required to track certain types of contract data for reporting purposes. Items which the City must report on may include, but are not limited to, Subcontractor utilization, Minority, Women, Emerging Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (D/M/W/ESB/SDVBE) participation and Subcontractor/Supplier Payment. The City will enforce all diversity in workforce and D/M/W/ESB/SDVBE subcontracting commitments made by Contractor in its Proposal. 3.6 Payment. (09/17) Payment(s) shall be in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in Exhibit A: Contractor’s Price.
