  • Third Party Programs This Licensed Software may contain third party software programs (“Third Party Programs”) that are available under open source or free software licenses.   • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s).   • Other Programs Nothing contained in this performance stock unit agreement shall affect the right of the Award Holder to participate in and receive benefits under and in accordance with the then current provisions of any pension, insurance, profit-sharing or other employee benefit plan or program of the Corporation or of any Subsidiary of the Corporation.

  • Security Program Contractor will develop and implement an effective security program for the Project Site, which program shall require the Contractor and subcontractors to take measures for the protection of their tools, materials, equipment, and structures. As between Contractor and Owner, Contractor shall be solely responsible for security against theft of and damage of all tools and equipment of every kind and nature and used in connection with the Work, regardless of by whom owned.

  • E-Verify Program Grantee certifies that it utilizes and will continue to utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system to determine the eligibility of: A. all persons employed to perform duties within Texas during the term of the Grant Agreement; and B. all persons, (including subcontractors) assigned by the Grantee to perform work pursuant to the Grant Agreement within the United States of America.
