City Procurement Document. This Request for Proposal is issued by the City. No alteration of any portion of this Request for Proposal by an Offeror is permitted and any attempt to do so shall result in vendor’s proposal Offer being considered nonresponsive, and rejected. No alteration of any portion of a resultant Contract is permitted without the written approval of the City Procurement Office and any attempt to do so shall be considered a breach of the Contract. Any such action is subject to the legal and contractual remedies available to the City inclusive of, but not limited to, Contract termination and/or suspension of the Contractor.
