Common use of City Procedure Clause in Contracts

City Procedure. Developer acknowledges and agrees that notices, meetings, and hearings have been properly given and held by the City with respect to the approval of this Agreement and agrees not to challenge the City’s approval on the grounds of any procedural infirmity or of any denial of any procedural right.
