City Control. It is understood and agreed that CITY shall have complete control of the services to be rendered, and that no work shall be done under this CONTRACT until the ENGINEER is instructed to proceed with the work.
City Control. Subject to Hardball’s license rights during the Term of this Agreement, the City does not relinquish and does retain full ownership of the Venue. Therefore, all duly authorized representatives of the City shall have reasonable access to all areas of the Venue at any time and on any occasion. In addition, the City retains all of its governmental and regulatory power and authority, and except as provided in Section XXV(V) the City does not by this Agreement waive or limit any of its governmental or regulatory power and authority.

Therefore, all duly authorized representatives of the City shall have reasonable access to all areas of the Stadium and Stadium Area at any time and on any occasion.

The City of Fort Worth may authorize the use of any street, right-of-way, park, or public building, equipment or personnel for commercial uses in the filming or taping of motion picture productions, including, without limitation, feature films, television programs, commercials, training films, music videos, corporate films, and related activities. In conjunction with these uses, the City of Fort Worth may require that any or all of the conditions and/or remuneration herein and as specified on the application be met as a prerequisite to that use. The Applicant agrees that the City of Fort Worth shall have exclusive authority to grant the Applicant the use of public streets, rights-of-way, parks and public buildings of the City, as well as authority to regulate the hours of production and the general location of the production. The City reserves the full and absolute right to prohibit all filming or to order cessation of filming in order to promote or protect the public health, safety, welfare or convenience or to protect the personal or property rights of City residents or businesses. The Applicant shall allow City departments (e.g., Police, Fire, Building, etc.) to inspect all structures, property, devices and equipment to be used in connection with any filming or taping, as deemed appropriate by City of Fort Worth officials. This Agreement does not constitute a grant of any ownership, leasehold, easement or other property interest or estate in any City property or other property.

Therefore, all duly authorized representatives of the City shall have reasonable access to all areas of the Venue and Venue Area at any time and on any occasion.
City Control. City shall control all matters relating to the eminent domain proceedings.
