Citizens’ Investigator Appearance. Vendor must ensure that Citizens’ Investigators maintain a well-groomed appearance at all times and wear appropriate work attire. This includes, but is not limited to, professional footwear and khaki type pants. Investigators must never wear denim (blue jeans) or short pants (shorts) while at Citizens’ Policyholder’s homes and businesses.
