Citicorp and Affiliates. With respect to any Capital Investment or any Receivable Interest owned by it, Citicorp shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any other Purchaser and may exercise the same as though it were not the Agent. Citicorp and its Affiliates may generally engage in any kind of business with the Seller or any Originator or any Obligor, any of their respective Affiliates and any Person who may do business with or own securities of the Seller or any Originator or any Obligor or any of their respective Affiliates, all as if Citicorp were not the Agent and without any duty to account therefor to the Purchasers.
