CIRCULATION SYSTEM. The circulation system will serve the following: - Cleaning of the well bore during the drilling process; - Maintaining the pressure of the layer; - Maintaining integrity of the well bore; - Lubricating of the drilling bit; - Keeping the oil and gas layer structure from destruction.
CIRCULATION SYSTEM. The Site currently has offsite access to and from Reems Road and has access to from Northern Parkway via Reems Road. Onsite circulation will include connections to and from Reems Road and internal roadways that will provide internal vehicular circulation to the various buildings developed within Reems Ranch. The Conceptual Land Use Exhibit (Exhibit 2) illustrates how the internal roadways on the Site could be developed. In accordance with Section 6 of the Pre-Annexation Development Agreement with the City of Glendale, recorded at MCR #20130104447, streets will be designed per City of Glendale Standards.
