CIRCULATING WATER. Function The function of the Circulating Water System is to supply cooling water to the steam turbine condenser and the auxiliary cooling water system. The heat transferred to the circulating water shall be removed by a mechanical draft cooling tower. Heat from the auxiliary cooling water system shall be also removed by the cooling tower.
