Circular 75 undertaking Sample Clauses

Circular 75 undertaking. Each Party, to the extent that it is subject to or under the jurisdiction of Circular 75, undertakes to each other Party that: (a) as soon as reasonably practicable after Completion, it will undertake any action as may be required to comply with Circular 75 in respect of Completion; and (b) it does and will fully comply with Circular 75 and any related laws including, without limitation, any applicable foreign exchange registration, settlement or remittance requirements.
