Cinch Video Clause Samples

Cinch Video. Solutions Pty Ltd and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or damage to profit, revenue, savings, data, stored media, content, use, contract, goodwill, business damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the use of any of the Mobile App, Web App or any Services provided by Cinch Video Solutions Pty Ltd either directly or indirectly through its licensors or by any third party vendors used by Cinch Video Solutions, its licensors or related parties, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
