CIIA. As a condition of continued employment, Executive agrees to abide by the Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement, attached as Exhibit A, that he previously executed (the “CIIA”). The CIIA may be amended from time to time without regard to this Agreement. The CIIA contains provisions that are intended by the parties to survive and do survive termination of this Agreement.
CIIA. You represent that you have, at all times during your employment with the Company, complied with your obligations under your CIIA, and you understand and acknowledge that, even if you did not sign this Agreement, you would still be bound by obligations after your Separation Date under your CIIA in accordance with its terms.
