CHR Features Construction. By March 31, 2000 (the Target Date), CHR will, at its own cost, develop and deliver the CHR Features. Subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 2.4, CHR will meet all Milestone Dates set forth in Attachment A (the Milestone Schedule). On or before each Milestone Date listed in the Milestone Schedule, CHR shall complete the activities described in the Milestone Schedule (each, a Milestone Delivery) that meet (a) the corresponding Milestone Requirement(s) set forth opposite such Milestone Date, as well as (b) all Milestone Requirements for all previous Milestones (that is, the Milestone Requirements are cumulative).
