Choice of Laws; Actions. This Warrant shall be construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to the choice of law principles thereof. The exclusive venue of any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Warrant shall be state court in Xxxxx County, Nevada.
