Choice of Law; Forum; Waiver of Jury Trial. This Lease and each and every related document, are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. The parties agree that the appropriate court in Teton County, Wyoming and/or the Ninth Judicial District for the State of Wyoming shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or controversy which may arise involving this Lease or its subject matter. Homeowner waives any right Homeowner may have to a trial by jury with respect to any court proceeding arising herein.
