Choice of Law; Forum Selection. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its choice of law provision. Any dispute involving this Agreement will be resolved in a court located in Lynchburg, Virginia. Contractor hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submits to and waives any objection to the jurisdiction and venue of said courts.
