Common use of Chimneys Clause in Contracts

Chimneys. 3.10.1. To use the chimney at the Property (if applicable) only with the written consent of the Landlord; such consent will not be unreasonably withheld if the chimney is safe to use; 3.10.2. To arrange to have the chimney swept either at the end of the Tenancy or, if the Tenancy should last longer than a year, each spring if any chimney is used for an open fire or wood burning stove.
