Childcare and Elder Care Benefit Program. Beginning January 1, 2023, the University will extend to all full-time faculty covered by the Agreement the opportunity to participate in the Bright Horizons Enhanced Family Supports Program offered by the University on the same terms and conditions as offered to other employees at the University.
