Common use of Chief Technical Officer Clause in Contracts

Chief Technical Officer. The Chief Technical Officer (the “Chief Technical Officer”) shall perform such duties as may be assigned to them from time to time by the Board of Directors or the Chief Executive Officer. Subject to the direction of the Board of Directors or the Chief Executive Officer, he or she shall have, and exercise, direct charge of, and general supervision over, the technology platform and the strategic technological development and direction of the Company. He or she shall from time to time report to the Board of Directors all technological matters within his or her knowledge that the interest of the Company may require to be brought to its notice, and shall also have such other powers and perform such other duties as may be specifically assigned to him or her from time to time by the Board of Directors or the Chief Executive Officer.
