Common use of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation Cash Bonus Incentive Plan Clause in Contracts

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation Cash Bonus Incentive Plan. Executive shall be eligible for a minimum cash bonus award equal to 25 percent (25%) of Base Compensation as determined on an annual basis by the Board during the Term of this Agreement.

Executive shall be eligible for a minimum an annual cash bonus award with a target award amount equal to 25 percent (2550%) of Executive’s Base Compensation Compensation, as determined on an annual basis by the Compensation Committee of the Board in its discretion and in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Company’s Cash Bonus Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time or any successor plan thereto, during the Term of this Agreement.

Executive shall be eligible for a minimum an annual cash bonus award with a target award amount equal to 25 percent thirty five (2535%) of Executive’s Base Compensation Compensation, as determined on an annual basis by the Compensation Committee of the Board in its discretion and in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Company’s Cash Bonus Incentive Plan during the Term of this Agreement.

Executive shall be eligible for a minimum an annual cash bonus award with a target award amount equal to 25 forty percent (2540%) of Executive’s Base Compensation Compensation, as determined on an annual basis by the Compensation Committee of the Board in its discretion and in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Company’s Cash Bonus Incentive Plan during the Term of this Agreement.

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation Cash Bonus Incentive Plan. Executive shall be eligible for a minimum cash bonus award equal to 25 30 percent (2530%) of Base Compensation as determined on an annual basis by the Board during the Term of this Agreement. Executive shall also be eligible for an additional cash bonus award equal to 10 percent (10%) of the excess of the Sharp’s earnings before interest and taxes (“EBIT”) for the respective year over the upper EBIT target for the same year.
