Chesapeake AMI Acquisitions. Chesapeake and the Gothic Parties agree to the creation of the area of mutual interest (the "Chesapeake AMI") covering the Gothic Parties' current 3D seismic projects in Oklahoma in the East Cement Field, the West Cement Field, the Coyote Hill Prospect, the Northern Canadian Prospect and the Calumet Prospects as outlined at Schedule "8" attached as a part hereof and the right of the Gothic Parties to participate in future acquisitions on the following terms:
