Checks, Drafts, Documents, Etc. All checks, drafts or other orders for payment of money notes or other evidence of indebtedness issued in the name of or payable to the Corporation, any contract conveyance or other instrument in writing, and any assignment or endorsement thereof executed or entered into between the corporation and any other person, and any and all securities owned or held by the corporation requiring signature for their transfer, shall be signed or endorsed by such person or persons and in such manner, as from time to time, shall be determined by the Board of Directors.
