Checkout Procedures. Check out time is no later than 10 am the day you are scheduled to leave. We must be able to enter the home at that time. If you do not vacate the premises by that time you will be charged for one (1) additional night's stay at the current rate for that date. Make sure all doors and windows are shut and locked. We will not be liable or responsible fore personal items left behind, lost or stolen. If you leave an item behind after checking out and wish to have it returned, call us as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. We will inform you of the shipping cost and , subject to your approval, will deduct it from your deposit refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

Checkout Procedures. Student must clean the room, properly check out of the room as described in University Student Handbook, and vacate the room no later than 24 hours after the last exam or commencement exercise. Violation of any provision of this Contract will result in checkout fines.

The checkout fee will be charged to Resident’s bursar account. Any personal belongings that Resident leaves behind after the expiration, cancellation, or termination of Resident’s housing contract will be deemed abandoned within the meaning of paragraph nineteen (19) of this contract and handled accordingly.

Checkout Procedures. The checkout is informal and for the benefit of the renter pilot as well as Leading Edge Aviation. Whether you’re flying for business or pleasure, we want you to be comfortable, confident and safe. When scheduling a checkout, we suggest you allow sufficient time prior to meeting with your instructor (about 30 minutes) to complete the questionnaire specific to the aircraft you will be flying. Your instructor will then review with you the questionnaire, pilot certificates and logbook. Your instructor will brief you on any local procedures and answer any questions you may have. A regular checkout requires the minimum of one hour, but this may be less depending on prior experience. Actual checkout time is at the discretion of the instructor. Leading Edge Aviation requires a separate checkout for each make and model of aircraft. Once you have been checked you are invited to rent our aircraft. If you are not a frequent flyer, a “Courtesy Check” will be required if you have not rented the same or similar make and model of aircraft from us within the last 90 days. This is a quick refresher of standard operating procedures and does require a short demonstration of proficiency to an instructor. In addition, remember that FAR part 91 requires you to have performed three takeoffs and landings within the past 90 days before you may carry passengers. The same is required for night flight. If you are instrument rated you must meet the requirements of Par 61 to File or Fly IMC.

Checkout Procedures. The items shown on Appendix B: Xxxx-Xxxxxx Check List must be completed before checkout or the individual cost shall be deducted from the Tenant(s) security deposit: Property should be left neat and in order (same condition it was when Tenant(s) arrived).
Checkout Procedures. The meal plan is automatically canceled at time of Checkout. Students are charged for all meal points used during the week of Checkout. Residents are responsible for keeping University Housing informed of a current mailing address until all liabilities and claims are met. Failure to adhere to cancellation and Checkout procedures will result in being charged full room and board on a prorated basis until all Checkout procedures are completed. To avoid additional charges when checking out, whether vacating the residence halls or simply transferring to another Room, residents agree to do the following:

Failure to properly follow all Checkout procedures, as stated in the On-Campus Living Guide, may result in significant fines. At the end of the Spring semester or before early termination of a housing assignment, students must follow all Checkout Procedures, as stated in the On-Campus Living Guide, including removal of all personal items. Any items remaining in the residence halls after termination of the housing assignment will be considered abandoned. The University assumes no responsibility for abandoned items. All abandoned items will be disposed of by the University and corresponding fees will be charged to the student account.
