Common use of Checking Account Clause in Contracts

Checking Account. Borrower shall maintain its general checking and controlled disbursement accounts with Lender. Normal charges shall be assessed thereon. Although no compensating balance is required, Borrower must keep monthly balances in order to merit earnings credits which will cover Lender's service charges for demand deposit account activities.

Although no compensating balance is required, Borrower must keep monthly balances in order to merit earnings credits which will cover Lender's ’s service charges for demand deposit account activities. In the event that such accounts are maintained at a Lender other than LaSalle, such Lender, Borrower and Administrative Agent shall enter into a deposit account control agreement with respect thereto in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent.
