Common use of Checking Account Clause in Contracts

Checking Account. An ▇▇▇▇ checking account may not be used to establish membership. An ▇▇▇▇ checking account is subject to the applicable disclosures set forth in this Agreement; however, this account is not subject to voting rights or overdraft protection. In accordance with New York State Judiciary Law, all dividends earned on an ▇▇▇▇ account will be forwarded to the New York ▇▇▇▇ Fund. Additionally, special or non-routine charges and fees associated with an ▇▇▇▇ checking account is your responsibility and will be charged to your primary business membership account.
