Chase. Chase shall use reasonable efforts to minimize the likelihood of any damage, loss of data, delays and errors resulting from uncontrollable events, and should such damage, loss of data, delays or errors occur, chase shall use its reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of such occurrence.
