Common use of Charters etc Clause in Contracts

Charters etc. (i) deliver to the Lender a Certified Copy of each Extended Employment Contract upon its execution, (ii) forthwith thereupon execute (a) a Charter Assignment in respect thereof and (b) any notice of assignment required in connection therewith and use commercially reasonable efforts to procure the acknowledgement of any such notice of assignment by the relevant charterer (provided that any failure to procure the same shall not constitute an Event of Default) and (iii) pay all legal and other costs incurred by the Lender in connection with any such Charter Assignments, forthwith following the Lender’s demand.
