CHARTERING SERVICES Sample Clauses

The 'Chartering Services' clause defines the scope and terms under which a party provides vessel chartering services to another party. It typically outlines the responsibilities of the charterer and the shipowner, the types of vessels involved, and the nature of the services, such as arranging for the transport of goods or passengers.
